Fyrne Lake Trail Run

THE 13TH ANNUAL FYRNE LAKE TRAIL RUN!  No other race in West TN offers these beautiful views and challenging trails!

Location: Fyrne Lake Farms, 6875 Lenox Nauvoo Rd., Dyersburg, TN 38024

Race Day Registration: 7:30-8:30 am

10K TRAIL RUN – This is a trail run located in the beautiful Fyrne Lake Farms. On course runners will enjoy running across the dam of the 110 acre Fyrne Lake, and with a little luck spot some local wildlife.
Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd , & 3rd overall male and female, and 3 deep male and female runners in the following age groups: 14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-over. Backpacks & Tech shirts are included in this race.

5K Challenge Course -  The 5k obstacle will take place on the grounds and trails of Fyrne Lake Farms, with over a half dozen natural and man-made obstacles being scattered throughout the course. This is not a casual 5k or fun run.    This race will not be timed. The course will provide great nature views, fun obstacles (such as wall climb, tires, over/under objects, etc.),and gravel trails throughout. Each participant will receive an event t-shirt!  

5K Nature Walk – Out-&-back course. The course is a packed gravel road and throughout trails. Walkers may walk in the middle of the road or on their right in the grassy edges. Event t-shirts are also included with your registration.
