Waves of Education Run Toward a Better Future 5k

Please join us for our third annual Waves of Education 4th Annual Run Toward A Better Future 5k. 

The 5k will take place on Sunday, October 6th at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, New Jersey. (Rain or shine) There will also be a virtual option as well for those of you who will not be able to run/walk with us in person. Below you can find our Race Day Schedule:

8:00-9:00: Registration  
9:00-9:15: Race Starts
10:15-10:45: Awards & Post race party
10:45-11:00: Post Speech
11:00-12noon: Closing

Plus, each in-person participant is automatically entered to win one our many giveaways.

Waves of Education is a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide quality education to the children of Uganda. In order to do so, over the past three years we have raised enough funds to build a seven room primary school in the village of Galiraya, Uganda. In addition to building the actual school structure, with the money raised thus far we have been able to provide students and teachers with necessary materials as well as resources such as desks, uniforms, books, etc. needed for the school to operate successfully. 

Please help the children of Galiraya get the quality education they deserve!
