Long Triathlon; Swim - 2km (2 laps) at Lalomanu Beach Bike - 90km (45 km lap Lalomanu to Afulilo dam return, 4 x coastal laps (11km per lap)) Run - 21km (3km lap x 7 laps) The run is coastal hopefully there is a good sea breeze blowing. Surface is flat. Beat the Heat / Sprint Triathlon Swim - Beat the Heat 1.5km / Sprint 750m Bike - Beat the Heat 40 km / Sprint 20 km Run - Beat the Heat 10 km (3.5 laps) / Sprint 5 km (1.5 laps)
