Chaotic and unprofessional customer service in 2020 and 2021.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the Nandu Marathon registration process. It was disappointing that the 2020 and 2021 marathons were canceled, and even more so that my prepaid entry fee was rolled over without my consent. It's unacceptable that despite my inquiries, the organizers failed to provide me with clear answers or resolutions to address the mishandling of my registration and the lack of customer service. Being sent around without receiving adequate assistance only adds to the frustration and inconvenience I have experienced. In situations like this, it's important to escalate my concerns to higher levels within the organization or seek assistance from consumer protection agencies if necessary. I deserve transparency, accountability, and fair treatment as a participating marathon runner and paying customer. I hope to find a satisfactory resolution to this matter and that future marathon registrations are knowlegable enough to handle professionally running events as the Buenos Aires Marathon in Buenos Aires.

Espectacular experiencia. Ruta llana, mucha gente buena onda, puestos de hidratacion cada 2k/3k fue mi primer maraton y pienso correrla cada año. Temperatura ideal.

Sum of great route, not a crowded race, well organized with a cheerful audience and a usual good weather. This was my first marathon and i am really happy I picked Buenos Aires.
