UrbanLife's City Heights Runners 5K and Kid's Fun Run

We are excited to host UrbanLife’s 10th Annual City Heights Runners 5K and Kids’ Fun Run on Saturday, April 15th, 2023 at North Chollas Community Park. We are excited to have you join us once again in promoting health, community spirit, and wholesome fun, while supporting our year-round youth physical development efforts in City Heights. 

UrbanLife's Physical Development program, City Heights Runners, provides first time exposure to running and a team environment as a means to develop positive friendships and personal resilience and character, as well as to enhance the overall health and well-being of student-athletes in one of San Diego’s most vulnerable communities.  Come join us for a morning of wholesome fitness in a community environment and help us advance the lives of children in City Heights!

Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 in each age division.

Here is how it works...

STEP 1: Register online today to run/walk on April 15, 2023 and invite your friends to join! Online registration closes at midnight on 4/15/2023.  

STEP 2: Day of Race registration opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 8:15 AM. 

STEP 3: Pick-up your race registration packet and t-shirt at Chollas Community Park Ampitheatre.

STEP 4: "On your marks, get set, go!"

Note: Parking will be available at Gloria’s Mesa on College Grove Drive.
