Teanaway Country 100

About the event

The Teanaway Country 100 course begins and ends in Salmon La Sac. The course traverses the Teanaway Valley from west to east and then back again. Over the course of 100 miles, you’ll be treated to some of the most spectacular terrain Washington has to offer. With approximately 31,000 feet of cumulative gain, this course will test even the most seasoned trail runner. Though the TC100 will be incredibly challenging, the 40 hour cut-off, the plentifully stocked aid stations, the upbeat volunteers, and the incredible scenery will make this feel like a stroll in the park…a very, very hilly park.
