Santa's Hot Chocolate 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

We are thrilled to announce the return of Santa's Hot Chocolate Run along a picturesque route that starts at the Central School Arts & Humanities Center. The 3.1 mile race takes participants through the beautiful downtown area of Lake Charles, passing by some of the most charming spots in the city.During the race, participants can look forward to water and photo stations situated at various points along the route. There will also be a fun scavenger hunt around the Central School building, where walkers can enjoy the scenic oak tree lined area. The Kids Zone will offer a range of exciting activities for children of all ages, while everyone can indulge in the Hot Chocolate Station.

The race will be professionally timed, with awards given out in different age categories. Registration opens soon, with early registrants receiving a guaranteed race t-shirt. On-site registration will be available on race day for those who prefer to sign up then. Teams are encouraged to register and can compete for various recognitions.
