Mill to Mill 5K/10K

Willow Running USA and the Friends of the Keuka Outlet Trail present the Mill to Mill running event, held on the scenic Keuka Outlet Trail, starting and finishing at Cascade Falls. Participants will experience views of Seneca Mills Falls, with those opting for the longer route reaching the former site of Fox Mills. Each registered runner receives a custom short sleeve shirt and a finisher medal. Registration is available on the day of the event, and there will be an opportunity for packet pickup at the race location. Enjoy post-race festivities at the Celebrate Cascade Festival.
