Merrimack River 10 Mile Trail Race

April 6, Saturday, 2024 - 9:00 AM, 10 miles (out/back course, click to download course map)
Race starts at the back parking lot of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 123 Old River Rd, Andover, MA 01810

Portable Bathroom Facilities will be provided, please do not use the hotel’s facilities! The continuation of the race may depend on your consideration.

Parking: Back parking lot, DoubleTree by Hilton: Old River Rd, Andover MA; Registration: 7:45 am – 8:45 am
Entry Fee: online pre-registration: Adult $15.00, Youth (19 & under) $10 (+processing fee, closed on Wed 4/3/2024 11:59pm); race day, $25.00 – Add $10 (+processing fee) for t-shirt (only ~40 shirts); no refund or deferral. Water Stations: Unmanned at 2 and 8 miles, manned at 4 miles
Prizes: $100 for new course records (Paul Low 56:30, Kim Nedeau 65:08)
Home baked “Johnny” pie to overall NB*, female & male winners    *Non-binary
Homemade “Mei” banana bread to female & male winners in 10 year age groups (under 20 to 80+)
Fresh baked (maybe baked in store!) treats to female & male 2nd & 3rd place winners in 10 year age groups (under 20 to 80+) & NB, female & male 2nd & 3rd place overall winners. Free entry to 200 Mile Club members, all previous NB/female/male winners & past race director (additional fee for t-shirt). Questions? E-mail Mei at [email protected]

Refreshments: Bagels, fruits, drinks & snacks will be available following the race. Post-race raffle & awards at ~10:45 AM. All net proceeds will be donated to the Andover Village Improvement Society for Merrimack River Trail maintenance. Special thanks to Stephen Peterson for starting the race & Dave Dunham for timing & scoring for 29 years. We also wish to thank Dave for recording and updating the all-time lists.
