Matzohball 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

The Matzohball 5k and Howard County Family Wellness Day are bringing our community together to make wellness a priority!  Howard County Family Wellness Day kicks off with our opening ceremony at 8:30am followed by the start of the Annual Matzohball 5k & 1 mile fun run/walk.  The run will wind around the lake at picturesque Centennial Park in Ellicott City MD.  Music, Physical Activities, Health Screenings and healthy fun for everyone. www.FamilyWellnessDay.org.

Family registration will include a coupon for 1 awesome Cup of Matzohball Soup in your packet pickup bag, courtesy of Mikey & Mel's, Maple Lawn Maryland.
