IVY HAWN 1 Miler - Start -  8:30am  Kids Fun Run - Ages 2- 14 years old       age Divisions: 2 - 3 years old4 - 5 years old6 - 7 years old 8 - 9 years old10 - 12 years old13 - 14  years old  

**All participants are encouraged to be off the course by 9:20am
AWARDS PRESENTATION - will take place at the FINISHLINE AWARDS AREA around 10:00 am

5K - Students Race Entries - will remain $20.00 through Wednesday January 24th 2024 - noon /12:00pm  - for ** 5 years old - 18 Years old 

Prices increase on all races approximately every 7 to 14 days starting August 10th 2023 2023 until Race day. Race Day Pricing as of August 10th 2023 - Prices are as follows 5K Entry

VIRTUAL RACE ENTRIES

$45.00 for VIRTUAL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS - August 10th 2023 through January 27th 20024 - SWAG Packages will be mailed USPS to USA entries.  INTERNATIONAL ENTRIES will be invoiced following the race with the shipping cost for your countries customs. If invoice is not paid within 10 days of invoice your ENTRY will be FORFEITED as a donation to the charity race.

Participant Give-A-ways:
Participants that register before January 20th 2024 will be guaranteed shirt in the size selected when registering.                                                         

If you registered after January 20th 2024 11:59pm we cannot guarantee shirt in your SWAG Packet pick up - But on behalf of our sponsors we will mail your shirt through USPS.

Check back following the race at finish-line / registration tables after the race to see if any are remaining to exchange sizes only.

 

5K Awards: 
Finisher's Medal for the FIRST 200 REGISTERED Participants.

Awards Presentation- to be held at the designated FINISHLINE AWARDS AREA estimated around 10am  

TOP TEAM that raises the most during their fundraising campaign

TOP MALE and TOP FEMALE  AWARDS for the 5K Top 3 male and Top 3 female finishers in the following age groups: 5 and under 6 - 8, 9 - 11, 12 - 14, 15 -19, 20 -24, 25-29, 30-34, 35- 39, 40-45, 50-54, 55- 59, 60-64, 65- 69, 70 & up

 

BE A TEAM PLAYER:

When you register you will selecting a grade level or special area that you would like to support.  Following the race the grade levels and special area depts. will be awarded a portion of the sponsorship donations for their grade level or special area. 

Choices will be: Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd Grade 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, 6th Grade, 7th Grade 8th Grade,  Elementary Specials, Middle School Specials, Clubs & Groups and a WILD CARD for General Funds donation. Your part comes in from helping get the word out to sponsors so they can be a part of the race and assist the school with their fundraising efforts.    Packet Pickup Info -

Walk up Registration OPEN from 6:30 am thru 7:30am for any walk ups registering via paper format - paper registration available only on RACE DAY
