Islandman Triathlon

Join us for a thrilling and purposeful race day where your participation helps those in need, with all proceeds going to charity. Experience our flat, fast, and spectator-friendly course featuring a 1/4 mile ocean swim, a 12-mile bike ride on closed streets through Avalon, and a 5k beach run. Participants will receive premium gear including an athlete backpack, custom swim cap, comfy Tultex three-color printed tee, DeFeet 4-colored custom socks, a Hollywood Bicycle Center custom water bottle, and a large event cotton finisher towel. The swim waves are organized by categories, with specific cap colors to distinguish each wave.
