25 hours in Frog Hollow

Our Event limit is 500 people. The limit is 100 solos, 70 Teams, and 10 Corporate Groups. We have developed special pricing for the first 20 JR's age 14-18. This is only good for Duo, 4 or 5 person teams. 

Solo, Duo,  and Corporate teams must pay upfront for all team members. 

4 and 5 person teams will sign up individually for each person

NOTES ON NAMING YOUR TEAM: 

Solo racers are considered teams of 1 and must have a team name All teams must have a UNIQUE team name. For example,  if you are part of  TEAM Euclid. Try listing it as Euclid Rowdy Bunch. If you are a solo you can use your name as your team name or add it to the end to make it Unique. For example Glimmer Girls Sara.  Each person on a team must list exactly the same name for us to match you up.  Once a team captain signs up a team you will have to invite all team members to add their information. 

VEHICLE PASSES: 

Every car, truck, or RV must have a pass to enter the venue.

RESERVED CAMPING :

There are a limited number of reserved camping spots. There are both solo and team spots. These are prime spots closest to the venue and exchange tent. Solo spots may have 2 vehicles. Team Spots have space for up to 5 vehicles. You may choose either a car camp spot or RV spot. No RV's or generators are allowed in the Car Camp Spots.

Awards: Solo Categories awarded 5 Deep, teams awarded 3 deep with each person getting a prize, Corp awarded 3 deep with 1 award given to the team. 

 

NO E BIKES: E Bikes are not allowed on the course at any time. Event for Corporate teams. This is a human-powered event.
