The West St. Tammany YMCA hosts an annual walk/run event starting and finishing at the YMCA, with a route through Terra Bella. Participants can also enjoy the YMCA's "HEALTHY KIDS DAY" immediately after the event, with access to the pool and water slide. All ages and abilities, from walkers to runners, are encouraged to join. There's a chip-timed scoring system with overall and age group awards given afterward. Kids can be registered for the KIDZONE, ensuring they have fun while adults participate. Proceeds support financial assistance for various YMCA services, helping those in need.
