Thomas Wolfe 8k

The Thomas Wolfe 8K is Asheville's oldest running event, highlighting the city's historic sites since 1976. Starting at the Thomas Wolfe Memorial House, runners pass the author's grave in Riverside Cemetery. This event supports Asheville's READ TO SUCCEED program, raising funds for local educational initiatives. Participants receive a t-shirt, custom race bib, and complimentary beer from a local brewery. Discounts are available for those aged 17 and under or 65 and over.
