Side Pockets 0.5k Beer Run

This is the kind of "run" that's REALLY fun... it's a 0.5k BEER RUN! (That's right, 0.5k... that equals 1/3 Mile or 546 yards or 1,640 feet!) We have it on good authority that it will take you about 7 minutes to complete--and that's if you walk! But no pressure, everyone's a winner at this event. Worried you'll overheat from the exertion? Worry not! We will keep you hydrated along the way with a water station and when you cross the finish line of this mentally and physically taxing 0.5k you'll be rewarded with a finishers medal and beer! Participants also receive a limited edition Side Pockets "Barks, Brews & Running Shoes" 0.5k Beer Run T-Shirt and will be entered to win some fabulous giveaways.

The best part is that proceeds benefit the Kansas Humane Society! Yep, that's where the "Barks" come in... 

Registration is limited to 250 "Runners" so get your sneakers (or your flip-flops) ready and sign up today! Early bird sign up is $30 beginning April 15th and ending April 30th! Registrations May 1 - May 31, $35. Late Registrations June 1 - 7 are $40. (Please note that there is a $2.80 processing fee per transaction so if you are running with friends, sign up at the same time and only pay one transaction fee.)
