Ole McDermitt's Farm 5K Pumpkin Run and Candy Corn Dash

Join us at Ole McDermitt’s Farm for the Third Annual 5K Pumpkin Run/ Walk and the Children’s Candy Corn Dash. The race will begin on the road and end on the farm. It is a road/ trail hybrid run. Race registration includes farm admission for the day and other fun swag. Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome.

Be aware that the trail portion isn’t a flat level trail and there will be a few hay bales that you can jump over or navigate around. 
Run the race with or without a costume to celebrate Halloween. There will be a costume contest with several different divisions. 
The Candy Corn Dash is for children 11 and under. They will dash around the corn maze. Each finisher will receive a candy bag. There will be a costume winner from the Candy Corn dashers.

Everyone who visits the farm for the race will need a farm admission. It is included in the registration fee for the 5K Pumpkin Run/ Walk and the Candy Corn Dashers. A discounted admission of $12 per person can be added on to your registration for any spectators. 

Guaranteed shirts go through September 15. Be sure to register by then. 

Awards will be given to the following male and female age divisions in the 5K race: Awards are based on chip timing. 
12 and under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+. As well as awards to top Overall Male and Female Finisher.
Candy Corn Dash awards to the top three finishers and Candy Bags to all finishers.
Packet pick-up 12-5 pm Friday, October 4th at the farm. Race day pick up and registration (if we aren’t at capacity) Saturday 8am.

Pumpkin 5k is at 8:30 am
Candy Corn Dash is at 9:15 am
The farm is open until 6 pm.
