North Bay Road Race

Join us on Saturday, September 14th, 2023 for Northern Ontario’s fastest road race!

Whether you're a seasoned runner aiming for a personal record or a beginner looking for a motivating goal to train towards, our 5k, 10k and 21km (new this year!!!) routes offer something for everyone.

Starting on Memorial Drive by the carousel, our fast course takes you through the scenic Memorial Drive, closed to traffic, and along the Kate Pace Way past Lee Park and Veteran's Field. For those running the Half Marathon route, you will head out Booth Road and onto Birches with one lane fully closed off.

After crossing the finish line, get ready to celebrate - the start/finish line area is all ours this year! Many exciting things to be announced in the coming days as we prepare to make this race your best yet!

The North Bay Road Race is proud to partner with local charities: every registration includes an automatic donation to our charity partner (announcement coming soon!)

Important Note About The Half Marathon:

There is a railroad crossing on the route. The railroad company is helping us organize around the train schedule and we currently do not expect any train traffic on race day - However - if a train passes by on race day, you must stop until the train has passed. For this reason, we can not 100% guarantee that your run will be uninterrupted.

We will know the train schedule 7 days out and aim to alter the start time so that you can run straight through!
