Lake Orion Franken Frenzy 5K

Race 2 (of 3) in our annual "Run the Holidays Race Series,” the Lake Orion Franken Frenzy Run takes place just over a week before Halloween and is festive spooky fun for the whole family! Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join us in taking part in the 5k, 10k, and/or Family Mile distance(s). With a common start/finish at Canterbury Village, runners in both the 5k and 10k utilize the Polly Ann Trail while the 10k runners get an added 5k section in Orion Oaks before heading back to the finish line. While only 1-mile of both courses is paved, both the Polly Ann Trail and trails we use within Orion Oaks Park are well-groomed, mostly flat, and spacious. Trail shoes are not mandatory but are allowed if you wish to wear them and we certainly encourage everyone to dress up for the run.
