Hurricane 5k

The Hurricane 5k, backed by the Wilmington City Schools Wellness Committee, is designed for athletes who are passionate about healthy living and wellness while showing support for Wilmington High School and Middle School cross country teams. The race route takes place along the new section of the Elizabeth J Looney Trail in Clinton County. Ample parking options are available nearby, including spaces across the street and at the Wilmington City Schools Central Office and Clinton County Health Dept. After crossing the finish line, treat yourself to refreshments and enjoy donuts from Combs Bakery. Every participant crosses the finish line with a prize, and those who register early are guaranteed an event t-shirt. Thank you for backing the Wilmington Hurricane Cross Country teams!
