Homer Classic 8K run & 2 mile run & walk

Join us Sunday, August 6 to celebrate Silverton's Homer Davenport Days with a run through Marion County's only covered bridge and scenic countryside surrounding Silverton.

Register before July 21 to be guaranteed a shirt.

The start and finish of the Homer Classic is Silverton High School, 1456 Pine St., Silverton, OR. 

The 8km Run features a Historic Covered Bridge on this scenic, flat and fast, course. Runners cross the only original covered bridge in Marion County.

The is race is organized by the Silverton Runners' Club. Proceeds from the race support the Silverton, Gervais and Mt. Angel schools' track and cross country programs, scholarships for youth runners to attend running camps, and other local fitness activities.

No dogs or motorized vehicles permitted.
