The 12th annual Grin & Bear It 5k & 10k & ½ Mile Kid’s Fun Run will take place on October 26th at Poverty Point Reservoir in Delhi, Louisiana. We are excited to welcome our community back to the Grin & Bear It Race! Come enjoy this beautiful scenic run. Monies raised will go toward future health screenings through Delhi Hospital & Clinic’s Community Wellness & Prevention Program.     Distances: 5K, 10K and ½ Mile Kid’s Fun Run
  Time:    6:30 AM - Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup
              7:45 AM - ½ Mile Kid’s Fun Run
              8:00 AM - 5K/10K run   Post-Race Party: Be sure to stay after the race for refreshments, music & awards presentation!   Registration Fees: 5K & 10K: $25 Registration fee 
Everyone will receive a t-shirt with their registration if you register by October 10th. 
Register Early! Shirts NOT guaranteed to late registrants (after October 10th)
½ Mile Kids Fun Run: All kids 10 & under run free for the 1/2 mile fun run! (t-shirt not included)
Extra T-shirts:
Adult t-shirts are $20 and kid's t-shirts are $15. Orders must be placed by October 10th. 
Packet Pickup (Location, Date & Time):
Packet pick-up on Friday, October 25th from 11am-5 pm in the Delhi Hospital Classroom & at the race site on Saturday, October 26th beginning at 6:30 am.   Age Groups:  5K & 10K:   12 and under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+   Awards:  $100 Visa Gift Card for top runners:
        5K Overall Female         5K Overall Male
      10K Overall Female
       10K Overall Male   Medals:
1st, 2nd & 3rd place runners in each age group, Male & Female, 5K & 10K, will receive a medal.   All of the kiddos in the Kids Fun Run will also receive a medal as they cross the finish line!   The Race benefits Delhi Hospital & Clinic’s Community Wellness & Prevention Program
