Greenleaf Trail Run

We will be hosting the 8th Annual Greenleaf Trail Run on Saturday, January 27, 2024.  This run will have a distance for everyone with a 4 mile run,  8 mile run, 12 mile run, or a virtual option. The run will stay inside the park property. It will consist of a 4+ mile loop. The trail is considered a moderately technical trail. This year the trail will consist of dirt, asphalt, and rocky terrain.       

SHIRT CUT OFF IS 1/2/24. YOU WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SHIRT AFTER THIS DATE.

When: Saturday, January 27, 2024 – Start times:

12 mile and 8 Mile at 9am ---- 4 mile  at 9:20 

Where: Greenleaf State Park – 12022 Greenleaf Rd Braggs, OK 74423 

Events and Costs:

Pre-registration through December 31, 2023:

·         4 mile Trail Run - $50·         8 mile Trail Run - $55·         12 mile Trail Run - $60

January 1 to January 21

·         4 mile Trail Run - $60
·         8 mile Trail Run - $70
·         12 mile Trail Run - $75

 

Awards & Finishers Prizes: Top 3 Male and Female in each event will be awarded a custom trophy and all  finishers will receive a custom finishers medal.

Packet Pick up: There will be a packet pick up at the park the day before the race and race day. 

Cut off Time: The cut off time for all race distances is 2:00 pm.  

Ice/Snow Weather Policy:  The run will happen as scheduled regardless of temperatures, but if there is a snow or ice storm the week of the event that makes the trail difficult to run, we will do our best to reschedule in February.  However if there are things beyond our control we will have to cancel the race. There will not be any refunds. 

IF THE RACE HAS TO BE CHANGED TO A VIRTUAL RACE DUE TO UNFORSEEN SURCUMSTANCES (COVID) EVERYONE WILL BE CONVERTED TO VIRTUAL RUNNERS AND PACKETS WILL BE MAILED OR WE WILL HAVE A PICK UP OPTION. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUNDS.
