Glen Arbor Women's Club Running Bear 5K Run/Walk & 1/2 Mile Kids' Run

The Glen Arbor Women's Club sponsors the 12th Annual Running Bear 5K Run/Walk & 1/2 Mile Kids' Run on July 24th, 2018. The proceeds go for High School Scholarships.  This event starts and finishes at Cherry Republic in Glen Arbor Michigan.  It a day for the whole family from the little ones who can do the 1/2 Mile Kids' Run with the Run Mascot "Running Bear".  The elderly can walk the event.  There are 10 age categories from 10 to 80+ that each receive a 1st and 2nd place medal and prize.  Overall best are awarded to both Male and Female Winners.  There is an "After Run Celebration" with lots of great food and a raffle of 50+ prizes.  The run is affordable so the whole family can take part.  $18 for the 5K and only $5 for the Kids' Run.  A wonderful day is had by all who participate.
