Bedford County Pink Ribbon

Running to support breast cancer patient and their families, the Bedford County Pink Ribbon 5K takes place just  before the Bedford County Pink Ribbon Walk.   This timed charity run starts at the Bedford Middle School and follows the "old" Bedford Varsity Cross Country course around the Bedford Elks Golf Course.  This run includes portions that are paved, some gravel and some grass.  Please dress accordingly.

Registration opens at 7:30am, the run starts at 8:00am.  All runners must be finished by 9:00am.  Those registered before NOON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6TH will receive a long-sleeved t-shirt.  All participants will receive Pink Ribbon Medals.  Top three overall men's and women's finishers will receive a certificate of accomplishment.

Please note - this is a Run-Only event.  The course is not designed for walkers.  If you wish to walk, please join us at 9am to register for the 5K walk from downtown Bedford to the Omni Bedford Springs including the Shuster Way Heritage Trail.
