The Hotdish 100 start in the heart of the Driftless region, Winona MN, at Briggs Outdoor (27171 County Rd 9, Winona, MN 55987). From there you will ride through the valleys and up/down the bluffs while enjoying the limestone gravel.

There will be route options for all abilities! The 3 route distances are 100 miles, 100k, and 50k! The best part is that everyone gets to enjoy the before and after parties! Don’t forget to join us for the Friday night shenanigans, as well as the post ride party!
