Kohler Classic

Come join the fun and support a great cause! We will have a DJ, Concessions, Brat Fry starting at 10:30am, Bouncy House Obstacle Course for the kids and more.

The purpose of Kohler Classic is to bring families, fun and fitness together in our community. Our goal is to raise funds and promote healthier lifestyles for our children. The event is sponsored by Kohler Athletic Bomber Boosters. Proceeds benefit the Kohler Athletic Bomber Booster Club, Inc. (501(c)3 which is dedicated to supporting all Kohler Athletic Programs. We proudly support 19 teams at Kohler High School. Three of the teams (football, baseball and swim/dive) are co-op which includes students from Sheboygan Lutheran, Sheboygan Christian and Sheboygan Falls. The money raised by the Booster Club is used to provide money for big ticket items along with making contributions to the individual teams. This year we have committed to donating $14,000.00 to our High School teams. The individual teams use that money to purchase anything from (but not limited to) warm up gear, overnight trips, team dinners, miscellaneous equipment, etc. Beginning this year, we will also be offering four $1,000.00 education scholarships to our graduation student-athletes. 

Event: Race time will start at 9:00am with the 1 Mile and 5K races at the same time. The runners will wind through the beautiful historic and residential neighborhoods of Kohler. Enjoy a relatively flat course with a few mild slopes in between. All races will begin and end at Ebben Field (across the street from Kohler School - 333 Upper Road). There will also be a 100 Meter Dash for all kids 4 and under which will follow around 10:00am at Ebben Field.

Registation Fees:
100 Meter Dash - 4 and under $15.00
1 Mile Run/Walk - 13 & under $20/14 & older $25
5K Run/Walk - 13 & under $20/14 & older $25

Age Divisions and Medals:
All participants will receive a goodie bag as well as a free race t-shirt. The race t-shirts are guaranteed only to those who signup prior to the deadline for t-shirts: May 15, 2024. 

100 Meter Dash (4 & under) all participants will receive a medal.
1 Mile Medals will be given to the top male and female finishers in their age groups: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14.

5K Medals will be presented after the race to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups:
    • 14-Under
    • 15-19
    • 20-29
    • 30-39
    • 40-49
    • 50-59
    • 60-69
    • 70+

In addition, the top overall 5K male and female will receive a medal and prize. 

Race Information:
- For safety reasons, dogs, bikes, rollerblades, skates or scooters are NOT allowed.
- Kids and strollers are welcome. Runners pushing joggers please start in the back of the pack.
- Young children riding in strollers DO NOT need to be registered.

Commemorative Gift: 
Registered participants will receive an official 2024 Kohler Classic t-shirt. Deadline: Must register prior to May 15, 2024 to guarantee an race shirt.

Parking: Available at Ebben Field 2 parking lots (across the street from Kohler School) prior to race time.

Facilities: Restrooms will be available at Ebben Field.

7:30-8:45am - Packet Pick Up and Registration at Ebben Field (across the street from Kohler School - 333 Upper Road) 
8:00am - 12:00pm - Obstacle Course Bouncy House for kids
9:00am - DJ Randy
9:00am - 1 Mile Run/Walk AND 5K Run/Walk
10:00am - 100 Meter Dash for 4 and under - to follow the 1 Mile/5K Run
10:30-1:00pm - Brat Fry: sponsored by Kohler Bomber Booster Club 
10:30am - Awards
11:00am - Color Celebration - color packets will be handed out at the celebration.

**IMPORTANT DATES/DEADLINES:
May 15th – Must be registered prior to May 15th to be GUARANTEED a 2024 Kohler Classic shirt
June 5th - Online registration will close to set up bibs, however, you can register in person on June 7th or June 8th
June 7th - Packet Pick Up and Registration at 4:00-7:30pm at Kohler School - 333 Upper Road - Main Entrance: under the canopy. Payment by cash or check.
June 8th - Packet Pick Up and Registration at 7:30-8:45am at Kohler School - 333 Upper Road - Main Entrance: under the canopy. Payment by cash or check.
June 8th - Kohler Classic 1 Mile, 5K at 9:00am and 100 Meter Dash 10:00am
June 8th - Awards after the 100 Meter Dash around 10:30am and Color Celebration following awards around 11:00am
