Conquer The Island 5K

In 2022 we began our annual Conquer the Island 5K, raising over $2,100 for non-profit MissionCleanWater. An organization raising funds to initiate clean water projects in Uganda, and most recently, right here in Newark, NJ. This year, we are excited to support Operation Helping Hand of Somerset County.

The Operation Helping Hand (OHH) Initiative is a program where law enforcement plays an integral part in identifying individuals with substance use disorders and together with community partners serves as a point of entry into treatment and/or recovery support services. 

10 AM starts our 5K and we will have our kids pirate cove open from 10 AM to 1 PM with obstacle courses, games, snacks, and prizes!

9:15 AM- Registration Opens

9:45 AM- Yoga and pre-run stretch

10 AM- 5K Begins

10 AM-1 PM- Ongoing Pirates Cove Obstacle Course
