Sass Strut 5 K

The SASS STRUT is an annual fun-run event designed to raise awareness about stroke and fund stroke rehabilitation in Middle Tennessee. Organized by Seriously Awesome Stroke Survivors (SASS) and Neuro Therapy Nashville, the event supports stroke survivors, their families, caregivers, and the community. Proceeds aid the Brain Injury and Stroke Charity of Tennessee (BISCT), helping those who cannot afford treatment and providing caregiver respite. Participants of all abilities can join this walk, run, or roll event, navigating scenic trails with options like the full course or a shorter Survivor Strut. Celebrate and support the local stroke community throughout the event.
