Passing through the humid tropical climate of the vibrant suburbs of the city, the marathon route takes participants along the scenic South bank of the second largest river in Africa. The race also offers a half marathon and fun run, with all distances providing participants with a unique perspective of the city.

It was the first full marathon in the city, I guess. Better organized than I had expected. It was an excellent occasion to run the center of Kinshasa.
