Locust Shade Jump & Ride Fest

The Locust Shade Jump & Ride Fest is a fundraiser for planned maintenance and trail improvements at Locust Shade Park. Most of the work will be on the Col Du Shade (lower advanced MTB trail) and an extension of the Power Line Jump Line. All maintenance projects have been approved by Prince William County Park Staff.

Enjoy group rides for various skill levels, jump demos, bike demos, and get to send it on the jump lines.

Registration is free for MORE members! Not a member? You can join here or add a membership when you register (sold under Merchandise). There is also an option to donate to the Locust Shade trail fund at registration.

Schedule of activities

9:00-10:00 AM - Sign in and jump practice

10:00 -10:45 - Jump demonstrations

10:45-2:00 PM - Group rides, bike demos

12:30-2:00 - Jump clinics (jump line open only to clinic participants)

2:00 - Event wrap up and free rides
