All funds raised from this run go towards supporting children through primary school in Sierra Leone, West Africa. The Canmore Rocky Mountain Half Marathon, 10k and 5k is also one of North America’s Greenest Races! Some race day features include: a race-day meal respecting the 100 Mile Diet, winners medals made from 100% recycled glass, paper-free registration, and compostable cups made from biodegradable corn!

Beginning in the middle of historic Canmore the 10km loop will bring runners through town and out along the Bow River, revealing stunning views of Ha Ling Peak and the Three Sisters. Fast and flat this trail is a mix of asphalt and high quality gravel trail.
