Informacje o evencie
We are excited to bring back the Bikes for Bovines Mountain Bike Race on Sunday, June 2, 2024. The race will be once again held at Stonewall Farm in Keene, NH with the opportunity to show off this great venue. This is a great family and spectator friendly race with proceeds supporting the Keene High School Nordic Ski Team Booster Club and Stonewall Farm.
This is a junior friendly race and venue. U16 Juniors will have their own field with 9-10, 11-12, & 13-15 age groups for both boys and girls. These fields will race the first half of the course. There are also U19 fields in the Novice, Sport, and Expert groups that will do the full course.
For current race info please follow us here:
Course:
The race course will be the same ~4.5 mile 'race' loop that has been run in previous years. The course is primarily single track with a great mix of New England mountain biking features. There is ~600' of elevation change per race loop lap. The U16 junior fields will run one or two laps of an ~2 mile less technical loop and about 1/3 of the climbing per lap. The course is open to the public for pre-riding. The venue is well suited for spectators with several opportunities to see racers without much walking.
Course map is posted on the Bikes for Bovines Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/bikesforbovines/
