Wizz Air Budapest Half Marathon

The race track was very beautiful and well organized It was just very hot and it would have been better to give bottled water

This was a well organized race. A very hot day but there were plenty of refreshment stations. More than I have experienced in Europe before. The entertainment was a plus on the top. An enjoyable all round experience.

You can experience all the local tourist spots as you run along both sides of the Danube. Spend some time in the next week after the race exploring what you have run past. Well worth traveling to.

Carrera preciosa, bien organizada. La única pega fue que no había suficientes baños en la salida y después de esperar 30 minutos tuve que ir a la línea de salida sin poder pasar antes por el baño.

Great and flat

The run was well organized and it was a pleasure to run. I was really happy to see how good the atmosphere in Budapest was!

Budapest was a really nice city to visit, and the race was well organized. The start and finish are at the same place, witch is always good. Flat and fast, and entertainment along the route. Also the rive Donau with the many bridges made it a scenic and pretty race. Might go back and run this again.

The time and place of the start was moved, the new location is way better, not that crowded then the previous, the earlier start helps to avoid the heat. The route basically goes next to the river to north on the Buda-side, then comes back on the Pest side to the south, the view can be really greate accross the river. Only down side that if the heat hits there is no shadow on the majority of the route.
