Vouga Trail

The Vouga Trail promises a dynamic weekend of trail running in the heart of Portugal’s Sever do Vouga region. Organized by the AZtrail Association in partnership with the Municipality of Sever do Vouga, this event offers something for everyone—from elite trail runners to families and casual walkers. With six categories, including Vouga Trail Ultra (55 km), Long (38 km), Short (20 km), Mini (12 km), Vouga Walk (12 km), and Vouga Kids (500 m to 2 km), the event features circular routes that start and finish at the Sever do Vouga Sports Pavilion. The terrain highlights the natural beauty of the region with technical sections, forest paths, and challenging climbs, creating a memorable trail experience for all levels of participants.
