Tri Cities Road Club Tour de Possum

New for 2024, a 10 mile short route! 

All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

The TCRC has worked hard to bring back the infamous Tour De Possum that once had 600+ riders attending in the early 2000's. Thank you for helping us resurrect this awesome ride. This is a fundraiser for the Tri Cities Road Club.

Please consider registering for the event early.  On May 25, registration increases to $50.  Day of event registration is $60.

Special prizes for the top 3 finishers of the timed event.  

Helmets are required for every rider.  As always, follow all traffic laws and regulations, this event is not on a closed course.  Safety is a priority! 

 

No USAC Licenses required !

Oak Glen Baptist church has been gracious to let us use their facilities. Please leave no trace! Do not throw your trash down in the parking lot and respect their restrooms please. We want to keep hosting this ride and build a stronger relationship with the church for upcoming events! Thank You!

T-Shirts are only guaranteed to those that pre-register by May 18th. Choose your size when you register. There will be day of registration starting at 8am and shirts will be first come first served until they run out. Day of registration is $60 and T-shirts ARE NOT GUARANTEED at day of registration!

A boxed lunch from Jimmy Johns will be provided after the ride.  Please select your food preference when you sign up.

Everyone, please check in at registration upon arrival the morning of the event to sign your waiver and get your raffle ticket. EVERYONE must sign a waiver!!!

 

Route Information

The long route will have a challenge. If you can finish the long course under 2 hours you will win the coveted Tour De Possum patch. This is the only part of the ride that will be timed. If you finish under two hours you will collect your patch immediately at the finish from one of the TCRC members working the event. There will be a large timer running at the finish line that will be the official time. Please choose whether you're attempting the sub 2hr long route or just the long route as the riders that are attempting the sub 2 hr will start first.

Please review the route in advance of the ride.  Note that after crossing the finish line on the long route, you must turn around to head back to Yuma Rd in order to arrive back at Oak Glen Baptist Church (starting point).
