Thin Mint Sprint 5K - West Palm Beach

Dust off your shoes and get running on April 27th at Okeeheelee Park. Run, walk, or sprint to the finish line through the world of video games. Come dressed up as your favorite video game character or in video game-themed gear.

All proceeds from the Thin Mint Sprint at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach benefit Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida. Both events are open to the public and include music & fun all morning! Learn more below about the Thin Mint Sprint 5k and the Family Fun Run. 

Open to all ages, the 2024 Thin Mint Sprint 5K will be held at Okeeheelee Park on April 27 starting at 7:00 AM with chip timing provided by AccuChip.

Race Day Schedule:

6:15 a.m.– Packet pick-up available
6:45 a.m. – Race Warm-Up and Stretch

7:00 a.m. – 5K Run begins
8:00 a.m. – Awards announcements begin in front of Micanopy Picnic Pavilion
Participants can begin gathering in the grass near the Micanopy Picnic Pavilion starting at 6:15 a.m. Packet Pick-Up will be available starting at 6:15 a.m.

After the race, participants can gather in front of the Micanopy Picnic Pavilion for music and refreshments while waiting for awards announcements.

*Indicated items are limited to the first 125 registrants or to those who register by March 28, 2024.

Packet Pick Up 
Packet pickup will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida Headquarters (6944 Lake Worth Road Lake Worth, FL 33467)

Saturday, April 27, 2024 (Race Day) from 6:15 to 6:45 a.m. at Okeeheelee Park (7715 Forest Hill Blvd West Palm Beach, FL 33413)

Shirt Size Confirmation 
A commemorative cotton t-shirt is included in the registration fee - but you must confirm your size by March 28, 2024. Once you have registered for the Family Fun Run, be on the lookout for an email to submit your shirt size! Sizes cannot be guaranteed if you submit your shirt size after March 28, 2024. If your size is unavailable, you will be given the next available size up. If you do not submit your shirt size, size choices may be limited.

Award Categories 
Overall Awards: Overall Awards will be as follows:

Men – 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place
Women – 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place
Masters (Over 40): Masters Awards will go to the top finishers 40 years or older as follows:

Men – 1st Place
Women – 1st Place
Age Groups (5 year intervals): Age group medals can be picked up at the designated tables on race day for the top three men and the top three women in the following age groups:

0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
