Sandycreek Color Dash

Welcome!!! We are so excited to have the opportunity to put on the second Sandycreek Color Dash! Don't worry! You don't have to run to participate. You will need to wear a white t-shirt. There are three categories: one adult (ages 14-99) $25, children (ages 5-13) $15, children (ages 3-4) $10, 2 and under are free. This will all adjust in your cart during the check out process! 

Registration is OPEN now until MAY 3, 2024 at MIDNIGHT. This race will be on the Franklin downtown bike trail. It will go toward Oil City. That is the wider trail. 

Check in- 8:00am. You will receive a pair of sunglasses, t-shirt, and water bottle when you check in. You must have sunglasses to participate in the run. Mrs. Hanna (gym teacher) will be doing warm-ups and stretches with the children if they would like. Adults may warm-up and stretch as well. 

The preschool 100m race will begin at 9:00am.

The children's race will begin at 9:30am. The children's race will be 1K. Parents/guardians, you are more than welcome to accompany your child as they run their race. 

Adult's race will begin after the last child has crossed the finish line (it will be announced, and you will have time to get there)- This race will be a 5K. Out 2.5K and back 2.5K. Your children can also run this with you if they want to. If they are not running with you, please have someone there to watch your children. 

After the races, there will be concessions available- water, hot dogs, chips, cookies, etc. All proceeds will go back to Sandycreek PTO.
