Paavo Nurmi Marathon (FIN)

It was amazing! The organization was perfect, the start time for the groups was properly organize, the route was great as well because you can basically see was Turku is, the aura river, ruissalo, the boats, forest. It was simply perfect!

It was mostly flat but with some hills, there were many stations throughout the route and paramedics as well

Percorso abbastanza interessante che si estende all’isola di Ruissalo con presenza di brevi tratti davvero poco scorrevoli .

Organizzazione buona , Scarsa Partecipazione di pubblico , iscrizione cara e senza premi di partecipazione , nessuna t-shirt inclusa . Non ho trovato nessun sito di foto di tutti i runner alla gara .

The event was very well organized and the people who worked there were all very nice and helpful when I asked for help. I also really enjoyed the route which went through the city centre but also spends a lot of time in a nearby nature reserve. Pretty much every major sightseeing destination of Turku was seeable from the path, which I found cool. It was also not too difficult and its changing landscape kept it away from being boring.

The pacemakers were very professional and the water service worked perfectly. The marathon route did repeat some parts, but I did not think it was too much of a problem.
