Old Highway Run/Walk

The Old Highway Run/Walk takes place on the historic highway in Islamorada, supporting the Baptist Health Mariners Hospital Center for Excellence in Nursing. Participants can enjoy a flat, shaded course, with the event starting and finishing at Coral Shores High School. Registration includes a race shirt for the first 250 sign-ups, and all participants receive a medal. Top finishers, across various age groups, receive awards. After the race, enjoy snacks, refreshments, and music. Participants should be aware of the no-pet policy, non-refundable entries, and potential course changes for safety reasons.
