The Medtronic TC 10 Mile is not only the 5th largest 10-mile race in the country, but also one of the most spectated 10 mile races! This fast, scenic course runs from downtown Minneapolis to the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul, sharing over 7 miles of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon course. The event features the excitement and festivities of the beautiful 26.2-mile course in just 10 miles. Participants receive a Brooks® long-sleeve technical shirt, gorgeous finisher medal, and incredible post-race celebration on the capitol lawn. Due to popular demand, entry into the Medtronic TC 10 Mile is conducted via online drawing. Following the drawing, limited charity entries are available. Don’t miss The Shortcut to the Capitol®.

This was my fourth marathon and the twin cities really blew me away compared to the other three I've ran (houston, indianapolis, r&r dc). Not only was the route gorgeous with the leaves changing colors, but the crowds were the best I've seen in any of my races. Minnesotans must love running. Logistics were super easy because the start and finish are close to the light rail line. After the race my girlfriend and I walked over to a place called Tay Ho and got some pho, which was the perfect recovery meal after a chilly marathon.
