Credit : rhurtubia Lausanne Marathon Youssef Sbaai outran roughly 1317 runners to win with a time of 02:17:06. He finished 3 minutes 38 seconds ahead of Fikru Dadi. Rounding out the top three was Samir Baala with a time of 02:28:44. In the ladies race, Alemitu Bekele-Clerc scored victory with a time of 02:42:41 . Laurence Yerly earned runner-up honors with a time of 02:51:45. Finishing third was Marija Vrajic (02:53:21). Top 5 Men Top 5 Women Complete results Lausanne 1/2 Marathon Qaasim Shumbii won the race with a time of 01:08:27. He bested Mekonen Tefera who crossed the finish line 6 seconds behind him. Rounding out the top three was Estefanus Hailmichael with a time of 01:08:53. For the women, Laura Hrebec took top spot in 01:16:27 . She finished 35 seconds ahead of Aude Salord. Sérgio Dias secured second in this year’s race with a time of 00:29:15. Finishing third was Oumoussa Zouhair (00:29:26). In the women’s race, Delia Sclabas took top honors by finishing the race in 00:34:16 . She finished 5 seconds ahead of Virginie Lemay. Rounding out the top three was Isabelle Butticaz with a time of 00:37:48.
