The road course(s) are extremely flat (see elevation map- link below) and will take you along the south side of Oneida Lake, New York State's largest inland Lake with many scenic views of this impressive lake. If you are looking for a fast (PR) for your Half Marathon, 10K or 5K look no further.
The Start/Finish area will be at Stone's Marina in Bridgeport, NY. The Post Race Party will be back in full force with live music to greet you when you finish and of course we will have a quality food offering and drink options for participants. All finishers (13.1, 10K & 5K) will receive a finisher medal. There will be Overall M/F, Master Overall M/F and Age Group awards. The E-Race Cancer Half Marathon & 5K is part of the Willow Running Get Fit 52.4 Half Marathon Series (http://www.willowrunning.com)
The race event benefactor is Cancer Connects- a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides programs and services to facilitate the cancer journey for cancer patients throughout Central NY State (http://www.cancerconnects.org/). Over 90% of all donations to Cancer Connects goes directly to deserving CNY cancer patients.
