Solo Categories
Racers in the solo category will do all four stages, in order, by themselves. Racers must complete all four stages to get a result.

2-Person Team Categories
Divide and conquer. As a two-person team, each rider will be required to do two stages each. 

Please be respectful with team namesTeam Captain can register entire team if they have all the required info or can send emails to other team members to have them register themselves. Only one of the two riders will be on course at a time, meaning you won’t ride the stages together, but rather complete them as a relay. Teams will also be required to ride all four stages in order. You will not be able to start the next stage until your teammate has completed the previous stage, met at designated transfer area, and the team wristband has been handed off to the next rider.Two-person team will be required to fill out a question within registration declaring which rider will do which stages prior to the event, this can be changed up to 2 days before event. Riders can alternate stages or do two consecutive stages.

4-Person Team Categories

REFUND, DEFERRAL, AND TRANSFER POLICY

TRANSFERS

Solo category entries can be transferred  to another solo category rider as long as the category is still open for registration and not sold out.

Solo category transfers can be made directly through the BikeReg platform.

All transfers will incur a $10 transfer fee.

2-person and 4-person team entries cannot be transferred, however teams can edit the information of their team riders until registration closes.

If you registered as a SOLO rider, but wish to change to a TEAM category, please email us. We will have to credit your entry and you will need to re-register.

Defer to next year: We’ll give you 90% of your entry in the form of a credit through BikeReg towards next year’s Derby.

AUGUST 15TH - RACE DAY

No Refunds will be given after August 15th.
