Mt Vernon bridge is fixed and old course is back for 2025!   New for the 42nd - Thru the Decades! (last year's race was 90's themed). Stay tuned for 2025 theme! Finisher medals! 5K and 10K finishers will receive a 3" custom medal! We'll close registration once we've reach finisher medal capacity, sign up early!

This is a very fast course; mostly flat and with a .75 mile downhill finish! One of the fastest 5K/10K races in Georgia and a great Peachtree Road Race seeded qualifier! You should have a negative split from first half to last half of your distance. That's why we call it the Downhill Finish!

TRANSFERS If you’d like to transfer from one distance to another (10K to 5K or vice versa) you can do so when online (sign-in to RunSignUp and change your order info) or when you pick up your race # in person; we'll have a transfer sheet when you pick up shirt) You'll have to pay the event price difference to switch from 5K to 10K but free to switch from 10K to 5K. You must do so before the race and can be disqualified if you do not. There will be a 10K split mat at the 3.1 mile point that runners must cross over.

All those who register before 12/31/24 and get three chances, on or before 2/10/25 = two! After 2/10/25 = one. Plus 1 extra chance for current CRR Members. Community Assistance Center CAC brings together the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody communities to provide compassionate assistance to neighbors in need by providing financial support, helping to meet basic needs and promoting self-reliance. Anyone who raises $30 or more will receive 2 movie passes to Springs Cinema and Tap House!

The Chattahoochee Road Runners' Club is a social club, which provides a forum for runners in and around the Atlanta area to meet to run, socializes, and discuss running and the running lifestyle. The club offers many opportunities and activities to its members including monthly meetings, a weekly email newsletter, and weekly-organized runs, as well as special events throughout the year.

In the event that IWeLife cancels a race for any reason we offer the choice of the following:

1. Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 45 days before the scheduled event date.

If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior:

2. You may choose to transfer your race credit to any future IWeLife hosted race.

3. You may switch to the virtual option for the canceled race AND receive a 25% discount on any future IWeLife hosted race.
