Youngstown Ultra Trail Classic

The Youngstown Ultra Trail Classic (YUTC) is hosted at Mill Creek Park, a sprawling urban park maintained by Ohio Metro Parks. This event provides a wonderful opportunity for novice trail runners and challenges seasoned participants as well. The course weaves through scenic single-track paths amidst mature trees, lakes, and waterfalls, with varied terrain including steep hills. The route is clearly marked and features aid stations staffed by supportive volunteers offering food and beverages. Participants are encouraged to be respectful of the park and other visitors. Post-race celebrations, awards, and meeting spots create a welcoming environment for runners and supporters.
