Wiglorious Day

The Southern Kettle Duathlon takes place at Lapham Peak State Park, blending running and biking on challenging, technically varied trails. Participants can choose to compete solo or in teams. The course offers a scenic trail run on wide tracks through the park, amidst natural elements like rocks, roots, and wildlife. The biking part occurs on trails featuring a mixture of prairie terrain and alternately on paved paths if trail closure conditions arise. Trail passes are mandatory for the biking section and must be shown at check-in. This event tests both endurance and adaptability in a natural setting.
