Val Nolasco 1/2 Marathon

Half Marathon results Kaahanai Kuikaika (1:16:05.1) finished just steps ahead of Davey Cagle (1:16:06.8) to win the Val Nolasco Half Marathon in Honolulu, Hawaii. Almost 1,100 runners completed the course off the coast of Hawaii’s capital city on the island of Oahu. Cagle cut close to six minutes from his fifth-place finish a year ago. Chuan Napolitano rounded out the top three with a time of 1:21:24.2. For the women, it was Tami Christensen (1:33:26.7) taking the top spot. Sarah Deikun secured second with a time of 1:33:54.4. In a tight race for third, Yuko Nakai (1:35:18.7) managed to hold off Candes Meijide Gentry (1:35:25.3).
