Unite to Fight Virtual 5K Run/Walk

Join Filling in the Blanks at the Unite to Fight event held at Waveny Park in New Canaan, CT. The event raises awareness about childhood hunger, affecting over 33,000 children in Fairfield County who face weekend meal insecurity. Filling in the Blanks combats this by providing bags of nutritious, easy-to-prepare food, enhancing children's academic achievement and future success. Serving over 9,200 kids across multiple counties, the organization also operates in-school pantries and a mobile pantry delivering fresh produce, proteins, and wellness services. Participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt with registration, subject to availability.
