Ultra Trail des Sources

The Ultra Trail des Sources (UTDS®) offers an unparalleled challenge for endurance athletes, set in the scenic Ardennes region of eastern Belgium. With its demanding 80 KM course and 2350 m+ elevation gain, this event connects the towns of Spa, Theux, Stoumont, and Trois-Ponts. Designed for those eager to push their limits, the race also welcomes teams of 2 to 4 runners for a relay experience. For runners seeking a solo endeavor, a 42 KM variant featuring a 1250 m+ elevation gain is available, covering the latter half of the ultra course. Meanwhile, a shorter 18 KM solo route with a 450 m D+ starts and finishes in Trois-Ponts, integrating with sections of the longer distances.
